Salone Ride service is available anywhere in Sierra Leone. If you are a driver, you can start using the Salone ride app anywhere in Sierra Leone. IFe you are a driver, once you are approved, Passengers that are within your radius can find you.

You need a car to pick passengers, drivers license, car registration, Car inspection certificate, Photo ID and proof of idenity. These will be verified because of passengers security.

Our drivers are trained to return a lost item to the nearest offices of Salone Ride. You can call our office to inquire if your item was returned to the office. Once that is confirm, you will be require to provide proof before claiming your item. All items are secured once they are rought to our office as lost but found items.

If it’s frozen try to restart it, and the system should upload the current order’s information. As for the battery it is the driver’s direct responsibility to track the battery level and have a charger in the car. If the phone didn’t work because of that, the client has the right to cancel and not to pay.

This case should be totally the driver’s responsibility. As the company is using the app system to calculate the distance, the amount of km/miles won’t be calculated and the client won’t pay for the trip. Important – As a driver please make sure you start the trip on your driver app before moving the car or vehicle.

Yes, passengers can pre-book any time from one week before the requested time and date. As a driver, you can only accept prebook orders if you have that activated by the dispatcher. If you don’t have that option on your driver app, please reach out to Salone Ride office to activate.

For our passengers, safety, all Salone ride drivers, have their drivers license displayed. Before you board your ride, cofnrim the car is the ride that you ordered, know driver's name. Driver's name will show on the app and vehicle information. Confirm information that showned on the app is same as the car you about to board.

As a driver you should always keep up with the gas level. It shouldn’t go lower than the ¼ of the tank. But if such urgent case happened, apologize to the passenger and see if there is a nearby petrol station to fill up and inform the client that the trip payment will be corrected, according to the downtime. Act operatively and inform the dispatcher about this case.

If you find the left item, you should contact the client to see if they are nearby so you can return their items. Remember: the easiest way to prevent this from happening is to check the back seat after every trip! If you are unable to return the item to the client please leave at Salone Ride main office. .
